Salad with carrots, potatoes, celery and cashews

Cooking method
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small cubes, just like for soup. We boil the prepared potatoes until they are ready (do not boil them!).
2. Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them on a coarse grater. Celery and green onions are finely chopped.
3. Put the yogurt in a bowl, pour curry and salt, mix.
4. Combine potatoes, carrots, onions and celery in a bowl (we leave a little onion and celery for decoration), season with the prepared sauce.
5. Sprinkle the left greens and cashew nuts on top.
