Step-by-step cooking
One of my favorite dishes that can be made from pork is simply fried pork in a frying pan. The food is extremely tasty and satisfying. Now I will tell you about the culinary recipe, according to which I cook it. So, we start by thoroughly washing the meat and drying it with a clean paper towel. After that, we cut the pork into not thick layers or small cubes. Now, in a separate bowl, combine the chicken egg with the desired amount of salt, ground black pepper and water. Mix the whole mass well until smooth and the salt dissolves. Now we dip each piece of pork into our sauce, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in oil in a frying pan over medium heat until fully cooked. When all the pieces are fried, we put them on a dish with a side dish (potatoes, some cereals, legumes) and serve them to the table. You can also decorate the meat with herbs to your taste (parsley, dill, cilantro). Bon appetit!
