Many people believe that the lean menu is not very tasty, banal and specific. But this is not the case. You can adapt any ordinary dishes to this diet! These pancakes come with applesauce, which performs both the role of butter and the role of eggs. They taste indistinguishable from the classic recipe.I recommend trying it and adding it to your table not only in the post, but also on any other day.
1. Put applesauce in a bowl, which you can make yourself or use purchased (only it's better to give preference to the natural composition and / or a proven brand).
You can also grate an apple or cut into small cubes. It all depends on your taste preferences. In this case, the pancakes will turn out to be similar to apple pancakes. But they will also be very tasty.
2. Pour in the water and mix well.
3. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt in parts.
4. Add sugar. Mix well until smooth to eliminate any lumps.
To taste, you can add vanilla, cinnamon or lemon juice. I did not add, because pancakes so turn out very tasty and fragrant.
5. Leave the dough for 30 minutes to "rest". It should turn out a little thicker than regular pancakes (like pancakes). But, you can add more flour and make pancakes, or you can add a little more water (or less flour) and make the dough more liquid.
6. Heat the frying pan well, grease with vegetable oil.
Can be fried completely without oil in a non-stick frying pan (there will be a more dietary option) or on more oil (a more high-calorie option).
7. Pour in a ladle of dough and spread evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
8. After a minute, turn over and fry for another half a minute.
9. Remove the pancake from the pan.
10. Repeat until the pancake batter runs out. If necessary, lubricate the surface with oil. Bon appetit!
