Cooking method
- Stir together the eggs, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Warm the kefir gently (be careful not to curdle it), combine it with the egg mixture, and stir well. It will foam up from the soda. Add flour until the batter is thick, about the consistency of pancake batter. Then thin it out to a crêpe batter by streaming in boiling water while stirring constantly. You can add a little vanilla if you like. Pour in the vegetable oil and cook the crêpes on a hot skillet. Enjoy!
