Cooking method
-
Step 1:
We're making a juicy, fragrant chicken-and-vegetable pizza right in a skillet. Start by cracking one egg into a bowl with the flour.
-
Step 2:
Pour in 30 ml of kefir, add 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder and salt to taste, and whisk gently to a smooth batter.
-
Step 3:
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
-
Step 4:
Slice the cherry tomatoes into fairly thick rounds.
-
Step 5:
Cut up as much mozzarella as you need for the pizza.
-
Step 6:
Make the drizzle: press one clove of garlic into a bowl of olive oil.
-
Step 7:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
-
Step 8:
Spread the batter evenly with a spatula into a skillet heated with vegetable oil.
-
Step 9:
Cover the crust with a lid for two minutes.
-
Step 10:
After two minutes, spread a layer of the homemade tomato sauce over the crust.
-
Step 11:
Sprinkle the crust with a blend of basil, parsley, and dill, then add a first layer of chicken pieces and evenly scatter on the bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
-
Step 12:
Cover the skillet and cook the pizza through over low heat for five minutes.
-
Step 13:
Slide the finished pizza out of the skillet and drizzle with the garlic-olive-oil dressing you set aside.
-
Step 14:
Garnish the pizza with fresh parsley, transfer to a flat platter, and serve. Enjoy!
- A juicy, fragrant lazy pizza with chicken and vegetables — dead simple to make, ready in minutes, gone in seconds, and guaranteed to have your guests wide-eyed and begging for more! Pizza is Italy's national dish: a round, open flatbread classically topped with tomato sauce and slices or shreds of mozzarella, the signature cheese of any pizza. Mozzarella is a soft, fresh Italian cheese from Campania in southern Italy, prized for its clean, mild flavor and its stretch when you pull a slice off a hot pizza. Pizza is one of the world's most popular dishes, topped with all kinds of sauces and cheeses along with ground meat, mushrooms, bacon or ham, sausage, peeled shrimp, cured salmon, or fried or boiled chicken.
