Step 1:

Add olive oil to the pan and heat over high heat, then spread and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring them with a spatula.
Step 4:
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Add string beans to the pan and fry for about 4 minutes, stirring.
Step 6:
Add cauliflower to the pan, which is also fried for 4-5 minutes.
Step 7:
Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, hot chili pepper and salt to the fried vegetables to taste.
Step 8:
Add 150 grams of cream to the pan.
Step 9:
Cover the vegetables mixed with cream with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 10:
Sprinkle grated cheese on top, cover with a lid and leave to languish for a couple of minutes with the stove off.
Step 11:
