Pancakes on water and eggs with vanilla and olive oil

Cooking method
1. The egg is divided into protein and yolk, the protein is sent to the freezer for 5 minutes, the yolk is in a bowl. Pour water into a bowl to the yolk, whisk with a fork.
2. Add salt and vanilla to the yolk mass, and also sift flour with baking powder, knead the dough with a whisk.
3. Pour olive oil into the dough, mix thoroughly.
4. Take the egg white out of the freezer, whisk with sugar, add to the dough, mix gently.
5. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a dry frying pan without adding oil. For one pancake there are three tablespoons of dough.
We serve it on the table with tea, cocoa, coffee or milk.
