Savory Sausage and Green Onion Fritters

Sometimes you want to switch up your usual fritters! These savory fritters with sausage and green onion are hearty, a little different, and quick to make. Serve them with a bowl of broth or just with a cup of tea!

Whisk everything together thoroughly and vigorously so there are no lumps. The batter should be thick and slow to pour—if you add too much flour, the fritters will turn out dense.
