Step 1:

The dough should turn out thick, slowly flowing. If there is too much flour, then the pancakes will turn out dense.
Step 2:
Wash the onion, finely chop. Cut the sausages into small cubes.
Step 3:
Add onions and sausages to the dough - mix. Taste the salt - sugar. The dough should not be bland. If necessary, correct it.
Step 4:
Fry pancakes in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil, you can mix it with butter.
Step 5:
When the bottom of the pancakes is browned, turn it over. Then turn down the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and let the pancakes bake completely, somewhere around 2-3 minutes. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit !
