Battered Apple Rings

So tasty — perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. My family ate them with sour cream and a sprinkle of sugar.

    1. Slice the apples into rings and remove the cores. 2. Make the batter: 1) mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder; 2) gently beat in the egg and stir in the yogurt. Mix everything together. 3) Heat a skillet and add a little oil. Dip each apple ring in the batter and lay it in the pan. 4) Fry on both sides. 5) Transfer the rings to a plate and top with any sauce, or a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
