Cooking method
1. In the fillet of fish, cut into small pieces, add 1/2 egg, finely chopped onion, crumbled yesterday's bread. Whisk with a blender until puree-like.
2. If the mass is rare, add semolina, if too thick, then sour cream (1-2 tbsp.spoons). I had a thawed hake, so I added semolina.
3. We cool the minced meat for 30 minutes.
4. We form small thick sticks, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry fish sticks in heated vegetable oil on both sides.
The fish sticks are ready. Enjoy your meal!
