Bananza Pancakes

A familiar favorite with a hint of the exotic — a little kitchen improv. These pancakes come out fairly dense, but not rubbery, and they're wonderfully filling.

    About 2 minutes per side.

  • Along with the baking powder, you can stir a little vanilla or cinnamon into the batter. Serve hot.
