  • Cut the fillet into small pieces, season with salt, and set aside. Now for the batter — it couldn't be simpler. Crack an egg and separate the yolk from the white. Add the flour, beer, and salt to the yolk and stir until smooth. Beat the egg white to stiff, fluffy peaks, then fold it into the batter until evenly combined. Your batter is ready. Head to the stove: heat the oil in a skillet, dip the fish in the batter, and fry on both sides until golden. The fish is done — enjoy!
