Step 1:
Slice the onion into half-moons and fry it in sunflower oil in the slow cooker for 3 minutes.

Separately, fry the vegetables with a little salt in the slow cooker in sunflower oil for 10–15 minutes with the lid open.

While the vegetables cook, make the sauce: stir together the ketchup, sour cream, and soy sauce. Fry the turkey in sunflower oil in the slow cooker for 25 minutes. Combine it with the pre-fried vegetables, onion, and sauce, then cook for another 10 minutes. Serve while it's still hot.
