Step 1:
Cut the onion into half rings. Fry in sunflower oil in a slow cooker for 3 minutes .
Step 2:
Separately fry vegetables with salt in a slow cooker in sunflower oil for 10-15 minutes . with the lid open.
Step 3:
While the vegetables are frying, prepare the sauce. Mix ketchup, sour cream, soy sauce. Fry the turkey with sunflower oil in a slow cooker for 25 minutes. Mix with pre-fried vegetables, onions and sauce. Fry for another 10 minutes . Serve it to the table until it cools down.
