Cooking method
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic and parsley. Cut the chicken breast into 3 parts. Beat off each part. Pepper it. Roll in flour. Beat the egg. Dip the chicken breast in the egg and carefully roll in breadcrumbs. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Then put the chops on a plate and add salt on top. Serve with vegetables.
