I will tell you the secret of a successful holiday - on Maslenitsa, and not only on this holiday, when we invite friends and relatives to visit, I always cook some unusual pancakes. So, this is one of my most successful recipes - enjoy!

Prepare the pancakes first:

- mix all the liquid components, then add flour and stir until smooth;
- heat the frying pan well and bake pancakes from the batter.

Then prepare the filling:

- mix cottage cheese with orange jam.

Now serving for one serving:

- spread the curd filling into 2 pancakes, roll them into a tube;
- cut each pancake in half and dip the open ends in pre-prepared waffle crumbs;
- spread on a plate and decorate with mint leaves, berry sauce, honey and cinnamon.
