Prepare the pancakes first:
- mix all the liquid components, then add flour and stir until smooth;
- heat the frying pan well and bake pancakes from the batter.
Then prepare the filling:
- mix cottage cheese with orange jam.
Now serving for one serving:
- spread the curd filling into 2 pancakes, roll them into a tube;
- cut each pancake in half and dip the open ends in pre-prepared waffle crumbs;
- spread on a plate and decorate with mint leaves, berry sauce, honey and cinnamon.
