    1. Beat the carp roe well with a fork until smooth and lump-free. 2. Season with salt, add the two eggs, and mix thoroughly. 3. Finely chop the onion, mash it a little with your hands, add it to the roe, and stir. 4. Set a skillet with oil over the heat to warm up. 5. Now add the flour and mix into a loose fritter batter. 6. Fry the fritters over medium heat until golden on both sides. Enjoy!
