Pine nuts fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Peel and crush the garlic. Cut the ham into small cubes.Mash the cheese with a fork, mix with cottage cheese, cream, garlic, ham and nuts. Roll the cheese mass into walnut-sized balls. Grind pistachios and seeds into fine crumbs. Roll a third of the balls in seeds, a third in pistachios, and a third in paprika.
