Cooking method
Cut the mushrooms into large cubes.
Marinate fillets in aromatic spices and salt.
Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil. We put mushrooms on half of the pan, and chicken fillet on the other half. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 4 minutes. Chicken, 2.5 cm thick, fry for 6 minutes, turning every 1.5 minutes.
We put a cooking ring or a glass in the middle of the plate. Potatoes, grated on a coarse grater, spread in a circle.
Mix mayonnaise with cream and grated garlic.
Grease potatoes with sauce.
Spread the grated carrots and lubricate the sauce again.
We distribute the mushrooms on top.
Cut the chicken breast and add it to the salad.
Then - a layer of beetroot and sauce.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Salad "Pomegranate bracelet" with chicken is ready. We extract the culinary ring.
