Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare chicken sausage, we will take fillets from one chicken breast, weighing 500 g, 200 ready-made minced chicken, one egg, 100 ml of milk and a teaspoon of salt and spices: paprika, curry, turmeric, as well as a pinch of black and fragrant ground pepper.
Step 2:
Chicken fillet is passed through a meat grinder.
Step 3:
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, ground chicken fillet, beat in the egg, pour in the milk and add salt and spices.
Step 4:
Mix the sausage mass well with a spoon until smooth.
Step 5:
We put the resulting sausage stuffing in a sleeve or a baking bag.
Step 6:
We form a sausage in the package, if it is a sleeve, then we tie the ends firmly.
Step 7:
We fix the resulting sausage with a food film, wrapping it lengthwise and across.
Step 8:
Then immerse the prepared chicken sausage in a saucepan with boiling water and cook for an hour on low heat, covering the pan with a lid.
Step 9:
We take the cooked chicken sausage out of the pan after an hour, put it on a plate and let it cool down. It is best to cool it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 10:
Before serving, we release the boiled chicken sausage from the film.
Step 11:
We spread the chicken sausage on the whole dish.
Step 12:
Then we cut the sausage into circles and serve it on the table.
