Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the potatoes and boil for 5-10 minutes after boiling. It depends on the potatoes themselves. If it is boiled quickly, then we keep it in the water just a little bit.We filter it out and let it cool down.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion, cut the mushrooms into cubes, put them together.
Step 3:
Chop the pork finely.
Step 4:
Mix mushrooms, onions and meat, salt, pepper, add sour cream and mayonnaise, mix well. The filling is ready.
Step 5:
We cut off the bottom from each potato tuber so that our "barrels" stand confidently. Then we cut off the top, put it aside for now. Very carefully remove the core from each potato tuber. I used a teaspoon. Do not touch the bottom and do not damage the walls. It is advisable to remove the core to the maximum!
Step 6:
Now we take the top from the potatoes and make a lid out of it.
Step 7:
Fill the barrels with stuffing.
Step 8:
Cover with lids. Lubricate with vegetable oil. We put it in a baking dish. Pour some water and put it in the oven preheated at 180 degrees. Bake for an hour and a half. Do not forget to add water as it evaporates.
Step 9:
Serve on lettuce leaves with your favorite vegetables. Bon appetit!
