The best version of liver patties, rate it! I tried recipes for liver patties with flour, semolina, breadcrumbs, rice, but everything was wrong (pancakes turned out).Then I decided to add minced meat, and it turned out exactly what I needed, really cutlets.I looked into the Internet, and there it turns out there is such a recipe (liver + minced meat).So I came up with an existing recipe :)

We prepare all the products. Liver can be used any-beef, pork, chicken. Remove the films from the liver and pork.
Scroll through the liver, meat, onion, garlic on the meat grinder. Add egg, sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley. We put the breadcrumbs until they thicken (so that the mixture becomes thick, but soft, and can be molded). Let stand for 20 minutes for the breadcrumbs to swell.
Roll our cutlets in flour and fry in vegetable oil as usual. You can bake it in the oven. Enjoy your meal!!!
