Cooking method
1. We bake pancakes according to the standard recipe.
2. Mix sour cream and condensed milk, beat with a mixer, a thick mass is obtained.
3. We smear a thin layer of each pancake with the resulting cream.
4. We spread the pancakes on top of each other and do not forget to smear each one.
5. Decorate the cake with fruits or berries, in my case - bananas.
6. Sprinkle grated chocolate on the "sides" of the cake.
7. We wait until the cake is infused and proceed to the tea party. A very delicious cake, suitable for any event.
