Eggless Crepe Cake with Sour Cream Frosting

Delicious and simple, and right for any occasion! The cake comes out tender and not at all heavy — it's reminiscent of a Russian smetannik (sour cream cake).

    1. Make the crepes using your usual recipe. 2. Combine the sour cream and condensed milk and beat with a mixer until you have a thick frosting. 3. Spread a thin layer of the frosting over each crepe. 4. Stack the crepes one on top of another, spreading frosting on each one. 5. Decorate the cake with fruit or berries — in my case, bananas. 6. Sprinkle grated chocolate around the sides of the cake. 7. Let the cake rest so the layers can soak, then it's time for tea. A very delicious cake, right for any occasion.
