Draniki Mix

These potato, eggplant, paprika and onion pancakes will conquer everyone! The taste turned out to be new, with the presence of eggplant, hot pancakes with sour cream are great for dinner, the speed of cooking and simple technology bribed with its reality. I really love eggplants and decided to cook something quick for dinner, and since I haven't cooked draniki for a long time, I decided to add eggplant to the dough, grated it on a coarse grater and, together with the rest of the vegetables going to traditional draniki, made a new dish.It turned out very tasty!
