Getting down to cooking;

If you haven't salted the batter, salt our omelet a little now.
Cover with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes until the dough is baked, while it should remain tender and a little faded.
Pepper and sprinkle with herbs
The omelet is ready, served hot, decorating at your discretion.
