Vegetable cutlets from zucchini without meat

Peel the carrots and zucchini, grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze the zucchini from excess juice. Mix with breadcrumbs.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in oil until the onion is transparent, put it to the vegetables with breadcrumbs.
Add eggs, grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, stir, season with salt and pepper and start adding flour little by little, kneading the dough well. The dough should have the consistency so that small cutlets can be formed from it.
Pour sesame seeds into a plate. Roll the pancakes in it, put them in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil, fry over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Serve with sour cream and the addition of crushed garlic, or tartar sauce.
