1. Cut chicken fillet into thin layers, season with salt, pepper and beat off with a cooking hammer until the pieces of meat become easily crumpled in the form of an envelope.

2. Fry the honeydew and onion in a frying pan until tender. First, I fry the onion until golden brown, and then add the honeydew and, stirring, fry on medium heat for another 5-7 minutes. Squeeze the mixture from the frying pan from the oil.

3. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, pressed mushrooms and onions. The mixture should be thick enough.

4. Put 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture in the center of the chicken layer (watch the size of the piece) and roll up the envelope. From above, for reliability. you can stab with a toothpick.

5. Prepare a bowl with 1 egg scattered and a separate one with breadcrumbs.

6. Gently dip the envelope into the egg, then roll it well in breadcrumbs.

7. Fry in a preheated frying pan in sunflower oil for 7-10 minutes, turning once.

8. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
