So, for cooking, you first need to cut the cabbage and stew it until cooked. Then pass it through a meat grinder, add semolina and put it on low heat for 20 minutes – when you see that the mass begins to lag behind the walls, you can turn it off. After that, the mixture should be cooled, add salt, eggs and onions (pre-fried in butter) and mix thoroughly. Next, separate the cutlets from this, pan them in breadcrumbs and fry until a golden crust appears. If you serve the cutlets filled with melted butter, it will be even tastier.
It turns out very tasty food, which is quite self-sufficient, although it can go with a side dish to your taste.
