Step-by-step cooking
And here's another recipe for potato patties, this time with a mushroom filling. Such cutlets are called zrazy, but the essence of the name does not change. Everyone knows that potatoes go very well with mushrooms. So let's try to give the familiar food a new shape.
Peel potatoes, cut into large pieces and boil until tender in salted water. Drain the water and knead with a pusher. And set aside for cooling. We clean the hands, and cut it into half rings, then fry in vegetable oil until a uniform golden color. Pour the eggs into the mashed potatoes and put some of the fried onions. Salt, pepper and mix well. From the cooked mass we form thin cakes.
Clean the mushrooms, cut into pieces and fry until cooked. Then cool and combine with the remains of fried onions. Put the mushroom filling in the middle of each potato tortilla, about 1 tsp. Wrap the edges of the tortilla to the center and seal. We roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Serve hot on the table. We put sour cream separately.
