The culinary recipe of this salad includes fresh mushrooms – the main highlight of autumn food. Beef liver salad with mushrooms is very nutritious and satisfying. It can become the main dish of a quiet family evening. Peel the beef liver from the films and cut into slices. Fry in a frying pan with preheated butter until cooked. For salad, you can use any fresh mushrooms that need to be cleaned and cut into pieces. The celery stalk is also cut. Peel the onion head and chop it with straws. Then, in the oil in which the liver was cooked, fry the prepared mushrooms and vegetables, adding herbs, salt and ground black pepper. Mix the liver slices with the mushroom mass and pour balsamic vinegar over everything. Beef liver salad with mushrooms is ready, spread it on green lettuce leaves and sprinkle with peeled and fried pumpkin seeds. Bon appetit!
