Cooking method
The mere memory of pork ribs is already causing an appetite. If they are served for the second at lunch, or for breakfast, for dinner, the family will not have time to thank you. And the guests, if you serve this food on the table, will tell their friends and colleagues for a long time afterwards how delicious you cooked pork ribs in Korean. Today we will prepare a dish according to a culinary recipe that surprised many people. Voila - steamed pork ribs with soybeans.
First we will chop the pork ribs into 3 cm pieces. For two hours, marinate them in a mixture that will include soy sauce (Seng Soy Marinade), salt, sodium glutamate, wine, sugar, finely chopped onion, ginger, ground pepper and 50 ml of water.
Soak the soybeans in warm water, let them stand for a day (75 g of dry beans will make 300 g soaked). Dilute the starch in cold water and let it settle. Drain the water, and then put the starch to the ribs and mix very well.
Combine soybeans with pickled ribs. After mixing everything, put it in bowls and cook for two hours in a steamer. Take the starch and pour in half the amount of wine specified in our recipe. Mix everything thoroughly again. Let the meat be covered with a thin layer of sauce. And in another bowl, mix the leek with garlic, coriander, cucumbers, remaining wine, sodium glutamate, sugar, salt and broth.
Now heat the oil over high heat. As soon as you see a light smoke above the vessel, immediately put the meat in the pan and fry it, stirring, until ready. After we salt the oil, and put the pan with the meat on the fire, pour in the seasoning mixture we have prepared here. Mix well several times, sprinkle with sesame oil, put the ribs on a dish and serve on the table.
Bon appetit!
