Cut pork into small pieces, add salt and pepper, fry until the meat turns white.
Put the meat and beans cut into small pieces on the bottom of the pot.
Onions, cut into half rings, fry in a frying pan in which the meat was fried.

Boil cauliflower in salted water, disassemble into inflorescences and put on top of onions.

Bulgarian pepper cut into thin cubes, fry in vegetable oil and put on potatoes. Add salt. Add finely chopped garlic.
Pour the broth over the meat and vegetables so that the liquid reaches only the middle of the pot.
Add a tablespoon of sour cream and spread it on the surface of the potatoes.
Close the pots with lids and send them to an oven preheated to 250 degrees.
When the liquid in the pots boils, reduce the temperature to 120 degrees.
Simmer pork with vegetables for about an hour.
When serving, sprinkle the dish with herbs.
