Cooking method
1. Clean the fish, cut off the fins and tails, remove the gills and insides. Rinse, dry and set aside.
2. Radish cut into cubes, tofu cut in the same way.
3. Chop all the greens, as well as cut chili peppers into rings.
4. Put the limonella, cut into portions, and radishes in a duck dish. Pour rice broth.
5. Mash garlic, grate ginger. Combine and mix all the ingredients for filling the soup, transfer to the duck house to the fish, shake lightly.
6. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then add the cheese.
7. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the fish is fully cooked, at the end add the herbs, chili rings and green onions.
The Korean dish Tonthe-Chige is ready, serve it to the table hot.
