Cooking method
1. Wash, peel the potatoes, cut them in half, then with plates.
2. Heat a deep frying pan, melt the butter in it.
3. Put the chopped potatoes in a frying pan and fry a little until lightly browned.
4. Add dried onion.
5. Pour garlic powder, ground black pepper, salt.
6. Pour in the milk, mix everything and wait for the milk to boil.
7. The milk has boiled - cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum.
8. Simmer the potatoes until tender.
9. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with fresh herbs and serve hot.
