- Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them in half, then into slices. 2. Heat a deep skillet and melt the butter in it. 3. Add the sliced potatoes and fry a little, until lightly golden. 4. Add the dried onion. 5. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, ground black pepper, and salt. 6. Pour in the milk, stir everything, and wait for the milk to come to a boil. 7. Once the milk boils, cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. 8. Simmer the potatoes until tender. 9. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with fresh herbs and serve hot. Enjoy!
