Cooking method
1. Cut the chicken meat into medium pieces.
2. Peel and chop the onion. In separate containers, chop garlic, thyme, finely chop jalapeno, small pieces of bell pepper, okra - circles. Chop the green onion, parsley. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
2. Heat a deep frying pan with a third of vegetable oil.
3. Put the chicken in the pan, fry for 8-10 minutes.
4. Transfer the meat to a plate, add the remaining oil to the pan, as well as: onion, garlic, jalapeno, bay leaf, thyme. Fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes, cayenne pepper, paprika, corn, bell pepper. Stir and simmer all together for 5 minutes.
6. Now put okra, green onions, pour in the broth. Add salt and bring to a boil. Simmer over moderate heat for 5-8 minutes.
7. Serve with boiled rice.
