Cooking method
This is a culinary recipe for the perfect second course for lunch with friends. Beef cooked in beer turns out to be tender and delicious. And, although you will have to spend a lot of time preparing it, this food will become a worthy decoration of your table.
To start, cut the beef into small cubes and roll each piece in flour, salt and pepper. For convenience, I advise you to immediately mix the necessary ingredients on a flat plate before breading. Then fry the beef in a frying pan with thin slices of bacon. When the meat is covered with a crust, put it in a deep saucepan and add onion rings, pre-fried until soft in vegetable oil, and chopped garlic.
After that, add sugar to the meat and pour in a little more than a glass of Guinness beer. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally and adding water or beer if necessary.
When the meat is ready, sprinkle it with herbs. It is best to serve such beef with boiled potatoes or rice.
Bon appetit!
