How to make beef stroganoff from chicken breast with sour cream?
1. Wash the fillet and cut it lengthwise into thin strips.
2. In a preheated frying pan, put the chicken in vegetable oil for frying.
3. While the chicken is frying, peel and cut the onion into half rings. Stir the fillets from time to time.
4. Add the onion to the browned chicken, fry for a few minutes.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce - add flour, mustard, tomato paste to the sour cream. Mix well.
6. When the onion is browned in the pan, add the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and simmer everything until cooked under a lid for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Serve beef Stroganoff to the table hot with your favorite side dish or on your own. Bon appetit!
