Cooking method
Peel the onion, cut into cubes, put it in the bowl of a slow cooker. Set the "Frying" mode, pour in vegetable oil, fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Peel the carrots, cut into cubes, put them after the onion.
My meat, cut into portions, put it in a bowl of a slow cooker, fry for 5 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Peel the garlic, cut into thin plates.
We wash the Bulgarian pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into slices. Put the garlic and pepper in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into large pieces, put them in a bowl of a slow cooker. Add tomato paste, dry spices, salt, mix and change the "Frying" mode to "Stewing", set the time to 1 hour.
Served hot, garnished with fresh dill.
