Step 1:
Before starting the preparation of the leg of mutton, we will remove the lymph nodes and fat cells.

After the specified time, we put the leg in the baking sleeve with the seam up and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 2 hours.
Step 4:
While the lamb is being baked, we are engaged in vegetables. Zucchini, carrots, corn will be cut into large rings, peppers will be cleaned from seeds and cut into large pieces, mushrooms cut in half, leave the tomatoes whole. Add pomegranate molasses and spices for grilled vegetables to the vegetables. After baking the lamb, put the vegetables in the oven for 45 minutes at the same temperature.
Step 5:
