Cooking method
1. Cut the sausages into washers.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the sausages in oil for 1-2 minutes on both sides, until golden brown.
3. Add the Mexican mixture to the pan and fry the vegetables a little.
4. Add rice, water (it should cover the contents of the pan with a small margin), tomato paste, spices and vinegar, mix, cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally so that the rice does not stick to the bottom.
