Cooking method
Recently I was leafing through women's magazines and came across a wonderful dish of Argentine cuisine – a pot of sweet pepper. I cooked food according to this culinary recipe and was surprised: the meat turned out to be tender, fragrant, with a pleasant taste of sweet pepper! Mmm... you'll lick your fingers! Try it and you cook beef in a pot!
And this is done as follows: first of all, you need to process a piece of beef, wash it and cut it into medium cubes 2x2 cm, chop the bacon finely together with onions. After that, heat the vegetable oil in a pot and lightly fry the onion, bacon and finely chopped garlic in it. Now lightly fry the meat. Then fill with water so that it completely covers the meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and add a chopped sprig of thyme. Cut 4 sweet pepper pods into rings and, without waiting for the meat to be fully cooked, add pepper to the pot, and after a quarter of an hour – grated refined sugar and lemon zest.
That's it. The dish is ready. I recommend serving it to the table with boiled rice.
Bon appetit!
