Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a tender cottage cheese casserole, we will need: 600 g cottage cheese; 200 g sour cream; 100 g raisins; 100 g semolina; 70 g sugar; 3 eggs; 1 tbsp vanilla sugar; 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Step 2:
Pour semolina into sour cream, mix and let it stand for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Step 3:
Wash the raisins and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins on a paper towel.
Step 4:
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 5:
Cottage cheese must be rubbed through a sieve or kneaded with a pusher. If you have a blender, you can use it.
Step 6:
Add semolina with sour cream and baking powder to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly or beat with a mixer.
Step 7:
In 3 approaches, introduce the curd mass into the beaten eggs, carefully beating the mass until it becomes homogeneous.
Step 8:
Add the raisins and mix.
Step 9:
Put the resulting curd mass in a baking dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina.
Step 10:
Put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
In general, cottage cheese pastries, and in particular, cottage cheese casserole is no less delicious the day after cooking. After all, this is a full-fledged delicious dessert. Juicy, soft and sweet! It is very satisfying, but it does not affect your flawless figure in any way.
This casserole has a very pleasant taste and a delicate homogeneous texture. This recipe takes us back to a carefree childhood, where in kindergarten we were treated to a wonderful casserole. I still remember my kindergarten casserole with nostalgia. It was my favorite dish in kindergarten.
The concentration of calcium in it is much higher than, for example, in simple cottage cheese (not heat-treated). And most importantly, cottage cheese that has undergone heat treatment contains calcium in the most digestible form for humans.
