Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake a quick pizza in the oven without yeast on the water? Prepare all the ingredients for making pizza. Flour is suitable for the highest grade, so that the finished pastries turn out to be snow-white. Use purified, bottled, spring water or tap water. You can take any filling, at your discretion.Choose high-quality hard cheese so that it melts well during heat treatment.
Step 2:
Start by making the dough. In a deep bowl, sift the flour to remove the remaining specks and saturate it with oxygen. Add salt, sugar, baking powder. Stir until evenly distributed.
Step 3:
Make a recess in the center of the flour mass. Beat in the egg. Stir it with a spoon until smooth.
Step 4:
Pour in the water. Mix together with the egg and a small amount of flour.
Step 5:
Add olive oil. It can be replaced with another odorless vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients together so that the dry mass becomes moist. Remember that you may take more or less flour than I do.
Step 6:
Knead a little with your hands, smearing them with a small amount of oil, as the dough turned out sticky. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes on the kitchen table.
Step 7:
After proofing, dust the mat with a small amount of flour. Lay out the dough and knead it. The weight of the finished dough is 680 g. As a result, you will get 4 thin pizzas with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
Step 8:
Divide it into 4 pieces. Knead each piece into a soft ball again.
Step 9:
Now work with each slice in turn if you want to cook 4 pizzas. While you roll out the first piece, cover the rest with a towel so that the dough does not chafe. Roll out into a thin layer along the diameter of the mold. Put it in a mold or on a baking sheet. If you are not sure about the quality of your dishes, cover it with parchment, or grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 10:
Brush with tomato sauce. You can use ketchup or tomato paste. The amount of filling is calculated for 1 pizza.
Step 11:
Cut the sausage into thin slices. Distribute in a chaotic manner on a layer of tomato sauce.
Step 12:
Wash the tomatoes and dry them with a napkin. Cut into thin rings. Put it on the sausage. If necessary, you can add a little salt and pepper.
Step 13:
