Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake a turkey fillet in a sleeve? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose a fresh turkey fillet that has not been frozen. If the meat has been frozen, then when defrosting, the juices will leave it and after baking the meat will turn out dry. Rinse the meat in running water and dry it well with a paper towel. French mustard is perfect for the marinade.
Step 2:
Take a small deep bowl and combine mustard and paprika in it. Add a little vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Peel and chop the garlic. Add chopped garlic and a little salt to the bowl. For pickling, you can use both fresh garlic and dry. I prefer fresh. If you like spicy dishes, then add a little chili pepper to the marinade. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade until smooth.
Step 4:
And now the meat needs to be pickled. To do this, immerse the turkey fillet in the prepared marinade and coat it well on all sides. In this form, leave the turkey for 1-3 hours for marinating.
Step 5:
It is advisable to use a metal mold for baking. It is better not to take glass and ceramics, since there will be no direct contact with the products and the mold may crack from overheating. Put the pickled turkey fillet in the baking sleeve along with the marinade and tie it on the sides. Ties or clips are usually available in a package with a sleeve. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 6:
If the fillet is large, then it will take more time to bake. Remove the finished meat from the sleeve. Such meat can be served hot or, after cooling, as a cold snack.
Step 7:
Cut the turkey into pieces and help yourself! Bon appetit!
