Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 50 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Pour kefir into a bowl and beat in a washed chicken egg. Add baking powder for the dough and a pinch of salt to improve the taste of the future pizza.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Beat the mixture with a whisk or mixer at the lowest speed for two to three minutes until light bubbles form.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add olive oil to the dough. Sift wheat flour through a sieve.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Knead the elastic dough. At first, it is convenient to do this with a tablespoon, and then, when the dough acquires a denser consistency, it is convenient to knead it with your hands. Shape the dough into a ball and leave it in a warm place for twenty minutes to rest. Pre-cover the bowl with a towel or napkin.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

After twenty minutes, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a round layer no more than three millimeters thick. I roll out the dough immediately on a special non-stick baking sheet. Now it will be convenient to transfer the base to a baking sheet.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Grease the base with a small amount of tomato sauce. I have homemade tomato sauce, which I specially prepare for pizza. But ordinary ketchup is also suitable.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Wash the sweet bell pepper, remove the seeds and finely chop it. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into rings. Spread all the prepared ingredients over the base. The order does not affect the taste. But it seemed to me that it would be beautiful in this order: onions, sausage, tomatoes and bell peppers.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and spread evenly over the pizza. I have tilsiter. In fact, you can not spare cheese, and even add a double portion. Pizza from this will only taste better. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven to two hundred degrees for twenty minutes. The cheese should melt and brown well.

I know that many, simply, do not like to work with yeast dough. No, that's it! For such a case, this recipe is ideal.
I advise you to roll out the dough thinner (about three millimeters thick), as it rises very well during baking. For my taste, the base turned out to be a little thick. I just love pizza on thin dough. But, as many people, so many opinions.
Bon appetit!
