Step 1:

Step 8:
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Put the apples in the dough on it.
Step 9:
Wash the egg, dry it and break it into a bowl. Whisk it with a fork until smooth. Grease the dough with a cooking brush with beaten egg.
Step 10:
Bake apples in puff pastry in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. The exact time will depend on the characteristics of your oven. Remove the finished apples from the oven.
Step 11:
