Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a casserole of zucchini with chicken in the oven with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. If the zucchini has a thick skin, then it must be cleaned.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with mustard. Add salt and spices. As a spice, I use ground pepper and paprika. Mix all the ingredients.
Step 3:
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces and mix with sour cream marinade. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
Grate the squash on a coarse grater. If a lot of liquid appears from it, it must be squeezed out. We don't need extra moisture.
Step 5:
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion and fry with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6:
Add chicken fillet in marinade and fried onion to grated zucchini.
Step 7:
Break eggs and flour into a bowl.
Step 8:
Mix the whole mass until smooth.
Step 9:
For baking, take any non-stick mold. I use ceramic. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the whole mass. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
Step 10:
Then sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 11:
Casserole with chicken, zucchini and cheese is ready! Sprinkle the casserole with fresh herbs and serve to the table! Enjoy your meal!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
