Step 1:
Prepare the products. My tangerines, ginger root, garlic (and garlic, unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture:( ). Carefully wash the chicken thighs (pellets or other parts of the chicken).
Step 2:
Using a sharp knife, we separate the bone from the meat, remove the tendons. For a festive feast, it is much more convenient to use meat without bones. You can even remove the skin. (By the way, bones can be used when cooking broth).
Step 3:
In a bowl or other container, put all the pieces of meat without bones - chicken fillet, salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, peel the tangerines, divide into slices.
Step 5:
Peel the garlic cloves and ginger root, chop very finely (ginger can be rubbed on a fine grater).
Step 6:
And prepare the marinade: combine ginger with crushed garlic and soy sauce, add brandy, paprika and pepper to taste.
Step 7:
Then fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan in olive oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 8:
Pour the fried shins with the resulting marinade and let them stand for 10 minutes. Then we put the chicken fillet together with tangerines in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade that has not been absorbed. We put it on for 15-20 minutes. bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Step 9:
The smell of the apartment is just incredibly delicious! And this is how the finished dish looks.
Step 10:
We serve the chicken hot, immediately putting it on a dish and decorating it to your liking! Bon appetit to you and your guests!
