Step 1:
Seafood lovers will especially appreciate this dish, the culinary recipe of which can be read just below. By the way, it is better to take large, fleshy shrimp for him – so our dish will turn out more juicy.
Step 2:
Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. On the bottom of the tomatoes we make a cross-shaped incision, pour boiling water over them, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Add them to the onion. Simmer for three minutes, stirring.
Step 3:
Then pour in dry white wine. Turn down the heat and simmer for another five minutes.
Step 4:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and pour it into a bowl.
Step 5:
Add chopped garlic and breadcrumbs to the cheese, mix everything well. We put finely chopped parsley and oregano.
Step 6:
Now we take a baking dish with high sides, spread a layer of shrimp on the oiled bottom.
Step 7:
Pour wine sauce over them, add salt and pepper. Spread a layer of fried onions and tomatoes on the shrimp.
Step 8:
Sprinkle a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese on top.
Step 9:
Put the dish in the oven for ten minutes. That's it, now you know how to bake shrimp with cheese!
