A lot has been written about the benefits of spinach, its taste is neutral, so everything depends on
additives introduced into the dish. It is best combined with fish, meat and other protein
food, as spinach promotes its assimilation. Spinach saturates, supplies the body
nutrients, removes slags, toxins. Spinach leaves are good to add
in the diet of men: they contribute to the strengthening of potency due to the content of proteins
and tocopherol.
But there are also restrictions: you can not eat spinach for ulcers, people with problems
with kidneys and urinary tract due to oxalic acid, which by the way in young
leaves are very few.
