Cooking marinade. In a bowl, grate the orange zest, add all the spices, salt, garlic, honey, oil. Mix it up.
Make incisions in the turkey and stuff with pickled garlic. You can see how this is done visually in the video recipe on this page.
Then put the turkey in a bowl with marinade, mix and leave for 2 hours.
Then bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes, then add the sliced orange to the turkey and bake for another 15 minutes.
